My Weekly AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at myweekly.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile image via Google OAuth or email sign-in.
Context profile: You may provide your job title, industry, goals, tools, workflows, experience level, and topic preferences to personalize your briefings.
AI Job Risk Assessment responses: If you take an AI Job Risk Assessment, we collect your responses about your role, industry, how you spend your time across job tasks, your work environment, your self-rated strengths, and an optional free-text comment. We also store the computed score, risk tier, factor breakdown, and selected pivot-path recommendations associated with your account.
Anonymized benchmarks: When you complete an assessment, we also store an anonymized record of your role, industry, seniority level, and scores — with no name, email, or other identifying information — to compute percentile comparisons across all users.
Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics data (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics. This data is anonymized and does not include personal identifiers.
Telegram: If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver briefings.

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. Briefing history and AI Job Risk Assessment results are retained indefinitely so you can access them later. If you delete your account, all associated data — including assessment results — is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized benchmark records are not tied to your account and persist after deletion.
Shareable result URLs: Each completed assessment has a unique URL you can share with others (e.g. /ai-job-risk/[role]/results/[id]). The URL itself does not include your name or email, but anyone with the link can view your score, tier, and report content. Treat sharing the URL as you would sharing the PDF.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and encrypted database connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
